On the 15th November, I accidentally spilled milk on my laptop, this quickly spread across the keyboard and on to the desk. I quickly swung the laptop upside down and placed it like a tent on the floor, hoping that all the milk would drip out. Since this incident I have lost use of the keyboard and mouse on my laptop and now use external ones, and as I continue to practice as a freelance website designer / artist, I regularly have to visit clients / galleries / artists etc and am continually embarrassed by having to drag out not just my laptop but an extra keyboard and mouse. Oh and the the battery doesn't last too long either, so cafes often turn into a full work stations when I arrive.
